GMO2 work in the facility

You can work with BSL2 and GMO2 organisms in the facility, since we have two sorters (FACSJazz and FACSMelody) housed in a biosafety cabinet. You can only sort or analyze samples from individual tubes (not microtiter plates), at these two instruments. We may refuse to work with some microorganisms if we believe they could harm the instruments or the work environment.

We must approve of your project before you begin working. If you intend to work on your own, you must receive training in the facility's rules. You are responsible for adding the facility in your GMO2 permission.

We need a valid notification from ‘Arbejdstilsynet’ (AT) for BSL2 work or a valid GMO2 permission from AT on record, before  the approval process can begin. One user may possess several permits, and several users may work based on one permit, but we need to know which permit you intend to base your work on. The holder of the permit does not need to be a registered user in the facility.

Please provide the requested information below. See example of permit from AT.
